Upgrading & Downgrading Plans

Updated over a month ago

Shuttle makes it easy to switch between plans at any time, whether you want to access more features, enable stock syncing, or scale down your usage.

How Plan Changes Work

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time directly through the Subscription page in your Shuttle dashboard.

Shuttle offers two main types of plans:

  • Core Plans: Include core features such as product, order, and review transfers, along with automation tools.

  • Syncing Plans: Include all features of the corresponding Core plan, plus real-time stock syncing between Etsy and Shopify.

You only need one plan at a time—there’s no need to subscribe to both a Core and a Syncing plan.

What Happens When You Change Plans?

All plan changes are handled through Shopify, which means:

  • Upgrades take effect immediately, giving you instant access to the new plan's features and monthly syncs limits.

  • Downgrades also take effect right away, and your new plan limits will apply immediately.

  • Shopify will automatically prorate the charges, so you won’t be double charged. You’ll only pay the difference based on how much of the billing cycle has passed.

For example, if you upgrade mid-cycle, you’ll be charged a prorated amount for the new plan and credited for the unused portion of your previous plan.

Switching Between Plan Types

If you’re moving between a Core Plan and a Syncing Plan (or vice versa), your current plan will be replaced by the new one.

  • Moving to a Syncing Plan enables access to Shuttle’s real-time Stock Syncer.

  • Switching back to a Core Plan will disable stock syncing but preserve all your core data and configuration.
