You can move to a different Shuttle plan at any time from your Shuttle dashboard. Upgrade when you need real-time stock syncing or a higher order limit, and move to a lower plan when you need less.
Change your Shuttle plan
In the Shuttle sidebar, go to Account > Subscription, or open the Subscription page directly.
Find the plan you want and click Start Monthly Plan or Start Annual Plan – 17% off.
Check the details and click Approve in Shopify.
Approve the charge in Shopify. You then come back to Shuttle.
Shuttle's plans run in this order: Essential, Growth, Scale, Max. Moving to a higher plan is an upgrade, and moving to a lower one is a downgrade.
When does a plan change take effect?
A plan change takes effect as soon as you approve the new plan in Shopify. This is true for both upgrades and downgrades. Your old plan ends at the same moment, and the new plan's features and limits apply right away.
If you don't approve the new plan in Shopify, nothing changes and you stay on your current plan.
Shopify pro-rates your charges automatically, so you aren't double-billed for any overlapping time.
What changes when you switch plans
Upgrade from Essential to Growth or higher
Growth, Scale and Max add real-time stock syncing between Etsy and Shopify. They also add order automations, such as automatically transferring Etsy orders and syncing fulfillments.
After you upgrade, turn on real-time stock syncing in the direction you want. You can turn on one direction or both:
Go to Stock Syncer > Settings. The page opens on the General Settings tab.
To sync from Etsy to Shopify, open the Etsy to Shopify tab, tick Enable Syncing from Etsy to Shopify and click Save Settings.
To sync from Shopify to Etsy, open the Shopify to Etsy tab, tick Enable Syncing from Shopify to Etsy and click Save Settings.
Downgrade to Essential
Real-time stock syncing stops when you move to Essential, because Essential doesn't include it. Your stock levels no longer update automatically when sales happen.
Order automations stop as well, so Etsy orders and fulfillments are no longer transferred automatically. You can still transfer them yourself whenever you choose.
Several other features need Growth or higher. If you use any of them, they stop working on Essential:
Kits and bundles
Custom variant matching
Stock rules and low-stock alerts
The picking list
Your products and reviews keep working on Essential, which still includes:
Product transfers
Automatic transfers of new products
Automatic Etsy review exports
Move between Growth, Scale and Max
Growth, Scale and Max include the same features. They differ only in how many orders per month real-time stock syncing covers:
Growth: up to 200 orders per month
Scale: up to 1,000 orders per month
Max: unlimited orders
The order count starts again on the first day of each month. If you move to a lower plan mid-month, the orders already counted this month still count toward the new plan's limit.
Before you move to a lower plan, check that this month's order volume fits it. If it doesn't, real-time stock syncing may pause until next month.
