We're sorry to see you go, but cancelling your Shuttle subscription is quick and easy. You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from the Shuttle dashboard—no need to contact support.
How to Cancel Your Subscription
Go to the Subscription page in your Shuttle dashboard.
Locate your current plan.
Click on “Cancel Plan”.
Confirm the cancellation.
That’s it—your subscription is now set to end at the end of the current billing cycle.
Important: Your plan will remain active until its expiration date. You’ll continue to have full access to all features until the end of your current billing period.
What Happens After Cancellation?
You won’t be billed again unless you resubscribe.
Any unused object quota (if applicable to your subscription) will remain available for use until the plan officially ends. Beyond that, any remaining object quota will be preserved only if you reinstall and resubscribe to Shuttle.
Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. At which point, your access to Shuttle’s features will automatically stop, including product transfers, automation, and (if applicable) stock syncing.
Refunds
Shuttle subscriptions — including both monthly and annual plans — are non-refundable once billing has begun. That said, if you’ve encountered an issue or feel your situation warrants an exception, feel free to reach out — we’ll be happy to review it.
We recommend using the 14-day free trial to explore Shuttle before subscribing to a paid plan. If you’re unsure which plan is right for you, feel free to reach out — we’re happy to help you choose the best fit.
Cancelling During the Free Trial
If you're on a free trial and want to cancel before it ends, you can simply uninstall Shuttle from your Shopify store.
No charges will be applied unless you explicitly subscribe to a plan.
