Shuttle’s free trial gives you 14 days of full access with no credit card required. If you decide not to continue using Shuttle, you can cancel at any time during the trial—quickly and easily.
How to Cancel Your Free Trial
To cancel your free trial, simply uninstall Shuttle from your Shopify store:
Go to your Shopify Admin.
Navigate to Apps.
Find Shuttle in your list of installed apps.
Click Remove or Uninstall.
That’s it—your trial will end immediately, and you won’t be charged.
Important: Shuttle does not collect payment details during the trial, so there's no risk of automatic billing. You will only be charged if you choose to subscribe to a plan.
What Happens After Cancelling?
Your access to Shuttle’s features will end as soon as the app is uninstalled.
You can always reinstall Shuttle later and start a subscription when you're ready.
If you cancel and reinstall before the 14-day trial ends, the remaining trial time will still be available.
