Understanding Shuttle's AI Rating

Updated over a month ago

Shuttle employs advanced language models to evaluate and score your customer reviews. This powerful feature, called AI Rating, helps you quickly understand the true sentiment behind your customer feedback.

How Does AI Rating Work?

Each review is carefully analyzed by the AI model and rated on a scale from 0 to 5 based on its content and sentiment. To ensure precision, each review is evaluated multiple times, and the final AI Rating shown is the average of these scores, significantly minimizing inaccuracies.

You can view the AI-generated ratings in a clear and intuitive manner: they're presented in a distinct purple bubble within the 'Rating' column of your Shuttle dashboard.

Why is AI Rating Useful?

  • Sentiment Accuracy: Quickly identify the genuine sentiment behind reviews. For example, a review might have 3 or 4 stars but still express negative feedback. AI Rating helps reveal such nuances clearly.

  • Efficient Management: Instantly pinpoint the most positive and negative reviews, saving you time and helping you prioritize responses and actions effectively.

  • Automatic Filtering: Leverage AI Rating to automatically filter and exclude reviews from being exported, streamlining your review management process.

When is AI Rating Applied?

AI Rating is assigned to your reviews during the review storing process. Every time you store reviews in Shuttle, the system automatically analyzes and assigns the AI-generated rating.

Availability

Shuttle's AI Rating feature is available from the Core Standard plan and above.
