By default, the shipping line on a transferred order uses the shipping name from the Etsy order. If Etsy gives no shipping name, Shuttle uses the name in Default shipping line name, which is Standard unless you change it.
To show a different name in Shopify, add a mapping under Convert shipping line names.
Add a mapping
In Shuttle, go to Settings > Orders > General.
Scroll to Shipping information and find Convert shipping line names.
Click Add mapping.
In Etsy profile name, enter the name of your Etsy shipping profile.
In Shopify profile name, enter the name you want on the Shopify order.
Click Save.
For example, if your Etsy shipping profile is called Standard Shipping and you want Shopify to show Regular Shipping:
Etsy profile name: Standard Shipping
Shopify profile name: Regular Shipping
Capital letters do not matter. "standard shipping" matches "Standard Shipping".
Orders with a shipping upgrade
If the buyer chose a shipping upgrade on Etsy, the mapping must give both the profile name and the upgrade name, separated by //. For example, Standard Shipping // Express matches orders on the Standard Shipping profile with the Express upgrade.
A mapping that gives only Standard Shipping does not match orders that have an upgrade. Add a separate mapping for each upgrade you want to rename.
Use a different name for some countries
On the mapping, click Choose countries.
Tick each country the mapping should apply to.
Click Done, then click Save.
A mapping with countries applies only to orders shipped to those countries. For those orders, it takes priority over mappings for all countries.
To rename every profile for those countries, leave Etsy profile name blank. If a mapping with a blank Etsy profile name and a mapping with a named profile both match the same order, Shuttle uses the one with the named profile.
Good to know
The new name replaces the whole shipping line. If you turned on "Add the profile name to the shipping line" or "Add 'Ship by' info to the shipping line", that extra text does not appear on orders that match a mapping.
If two mappings match an order equally well, Shuttle uses the one higher in the list.
Mappings do not apply to orders transferred as draft orders. Those orders keep the Etsy shipping name.
