When orders come in from both Etsy and Shopify, Shuttle's picking list puts every item from your open orders into one list, so you don't have to check each shop separately. Items are grouped by product variation, and each one shows how many to pick and which orders it belongs to.
Open the picking list
In Shuttle, open Orders.
Click the Picklist tile.
The picking list needs your Etsy shop to be connected to Shuttle.
Shuttle loads your open orders the first time you open the picking list, and you see that same list when you come back to it later. To see orders placed since then, reload the page in your browser.
Which orders appear on the picking list?
The picking list includes:
Etsy orders that are paid, not yet shipped and not canceled, up to 100 orders.
Unfulfilled Shopify orders placed in the last 21 days, up to 500 orders.
An Etsy order that Shuttle transferred to Shopify appears on the picking list once, as the Etsy order, so it is never counted twice.
What the picking list shows for each variation
Each row of the picking list is one variation. The row shows:
The product
The variation name
The SKU
The total quantity to pick
When its oldest order was placed
Under each row you see every order for that variation, with:
Whether it came from Etsy or Shopify
The order number
The customer's name and email
The quantity
When it was ordered
To open an order in Etsy or Shopify, click its order number. To read a buyer's personalization request, hover over (per.) next to the customer's name.
Change the order of the picking list
The picking list shows the variations that have waited longest first. To group the list by product instead, set Sort by Product? to Yes.
Search and filter the picking list
You can narrow the picking list down to the orders you are working on:
Use the search box to filter by SKU, product title, variation name, or customer name or email. Type at least 3 characters.
To pick specific orders, click Select orders, tick the orders you want, then click Apply.
To clear your search, your selected orders and the toggles, click Reset.
Pick the items inside kits
When your open orders include kits, a Break kits to their kit items? toggle appears on the picking list. Set it to Yes to list the items inside each kit instead of the kits themselves, and Shuttle works out how many of each item you need.

Export the picking list to CSV
Click Export CSV to download the picking list exactly as you see it, with your search, selected orders and kit setting applied. The file has one line for each item in each order, and each line shows:
Where the order came from
The product, variation and SKU
The order date
The quantity
The order number
The customer's name and email
The ship-by date, for Etsy orders
Which plan includes the picking list?
To use the picking list, you need the Growth, Scale or Max plan. You can also use it during the free trial. On other plans, the page shows an upgrade message instead.
