How to Resolve This:
To manage these products through your currently active Etsy shop in Shuttle, you'll first need to disconnect them from their original Etsy shop.
Here's how:
Contact Support: Simply reach out to our support team through the support bubble.
Specify Products: Clearly specify which Shopify products you'd like disconnected and the Etsy shop from which they're currently linked.
Support Action: Our support team will promptly disconnect these products for you. If needed, they can also disconnect all Shopify products from an Etsy shop at once.
Once disconnected, these products will appear in your Shopify Products page, ready for you to manage or transfer as needed.
