Etsy refused this update because one group of variations on the listing ended up with two different prices.
Why it happens
Etsy keeps one price for each group of variations. If the price changes with Size but not Colour, every variation with the same Size must share one price. If the price does not change with any option, the whole listing is one group. An update that gives one group two prices is refused.
Before every update, Shuttle settles each group on the price most of its active variations already have. So this error is rare and usually clears on the next update.
What happened depends on where you saw the error:
After a transfer: Etsy created the listing but not its variations, prices and stock. The listing stays a draft with no images, and the product shows as matched in Shuttle.
After an update to Etsy: the listing's other details were updated, but not its variations, prices, stock or images.
After a stock sync: the stock change did not reach Etsy, and the listing was not changed.
How to fix it
In Shuttle, open Products and choose the Shopify → Etsy tab.
Find the product and click Update in Etsy.
Tick Select all fields, then click Update Etsy product. After a failed transfer, this also sends the images and details the transfer skipped.
Check the result. Prices only reach Etsy when SKU, Price or Quantity is ticked.
After a stock sync you can also wait: the next stock change sends a new update.
Still seeing it?
If the same product fails again after an update that includes prices, contact support and tell us which product it is. Something on that listing stops Shuttle settling its groups on one price.
