Etsy rejected the product because the shipping profile Shuttle sent has a ZIP code Etsy does not accept.
Why it happens
Every product sent to Etsy needs a shipping profile. Shuttle picks one in this order:
A matched profile, when your Shopify store has more than one shipping profile: the Etsy profile matched to the product's Shopify profile. With market-driven shipping, the profile mapped to the first of the product's collections in your mapping table.
Your Etsy default, when your Shopify store has one shipping profile or no match fits. With no default chosen, Shuttle uses the first profile in the list.
Shuttle creates "Shuttle Temporary Profile" when your Etsy shop has no profiles. Its ZIP code comes from your Shopify store address, or is a placeholder if you ship from the US, Canada, Ukraine, Latvia or Vietnam.
How to fix it
In Shuttle, go to Settings > Catalog Mapping > Shipping Profiles. If the page says "Your Shopify store moved to market-driven shipping", go to Shipping → Collections instead.
Find the profile this product uses: Etsy default under Default shipping profiles (Default shipping on the Shipping → Collections page), or the matched profile in the mapping table.
In Etsy, edit that shipping profile and correct its ZIP code. For the Shuttle Temporary Profile, enter the ZIP code you ship from.
To use a different profile, choose it under Etsy default or in the mapping table and click Save. Click Refresh first if a new Etsy profile is missing.
Transfer the product again.
Still seeing it?
If the ZIP code is correct in Etsy and the transfer still fails, contact support with the product and shipping profile names.
