Shuttle offers powerful automation to seamlessly transfer products between your Etsy and Shopify stores, simplifying your product management and reducing manual efforts.
How Automatic Product Transfers Work
When you enable this automation, Shuttle continuously monitors the selected platform (Etsy or Shopify) for newly published or activated products. As soon as Shuttle detects a recently activated product, it checks how recently it was created, and based on that, automatically transfers it to the other platform, keeping your stores consistently synchronized.
You can enable automatic product transfers through the relevant Product Settings pages in Shuttle:

Available Automation Options
Etsy to Shopify
Enable Automatic Transfers: Activates automatic product transfers from Etsy to Shopify.
Delay Automatic Transfers:
Useful when duplicating Etsy products. It allows time to edit products before they transfer, preventing incorrect data from moving to Shopify.
Delay can range from immediate transfer to 30 minutes.
Automatically Publish Transferred Products:
By default, transferred products arrive in Shopify as drafts.
Enabling this option publishes them immediately upon transfer. Use with caution to ensure only finalized products are published.
Transfer or Ignore Products by Specific Tags:
Include or exclude products from transfers based on specific Etsy tags.
Provides granular control over which products Shuttle transfers automatically.
Shopify to Etsy
Enable Automatic Transfers: Activates automatic transfers from Shopify to Etsy.
Feed Shuttle Products from a Specific Collection:
Shuttle monitors a designated Shopify collection for new products.
Once a product is successfully transferred, it is automatically removed from this collection.
Ideal for systematically managing products destined for Etsy.
Delay Automatic Transfers:
Recommended if your Shopify product images or details are uploaded shortly after the product creation (such as with integrations like Printify).
A short delay (e.g., 5 minutes) ensures product details and images are fully uploaded before transferring to Etsy.
Getting Started
To enable and customize these automation options:
Go to your Shuttle Dashboard and navigate to the relevant Product Settings page.
Enable automatic transfers by checking the corresponding box.
Adjust additional settings (such as delays, automatic publishing, and tag-based filtering) to fit your workflow.
Save your settings to activate the automation.
