How to Map Shopify Collections to Etsy Sections
Step 1: Access the Mapping Settings
Log in to Shuttle and navigate to the Match Etsy Sections to Shopify Collections page.
Step 2: Match Collections to Sections
You will see two columns:
Etsy Sections (left column): Lists all sections available in your Etsy shop.
Shopify Collections (right column): Dropdown menus allow you to select the corresponding Shopify Collection for each Etsy Section.
Simply match each Etsy Section with your chosen Shopify Collection.
Step 3: Prioritize Collections (Optional)
If your products are associated with multiple Shopify Collections, Shuttle allows you to prioritize which collection is matched first.
Use the up/down arrows beside each Etsy Section to set the matching priority. Shuttle will always select the highest-ranked match available.
Step 4: Save Your Changes
After mapping your collections and sections, ensure you save your settings to apply these preferences to future product transfers.
Additional Notes
Automatic Matching: By default, Shuttle automatically attempts to match Shopify Collections and Etsy Sections based on identical names. Manual mapping is optional but recommended for greater accuracy and control.
Large Number of Collections: If your Shopify store has more than 250 collections and some are not visible in the dropdown menu, use the provided link on the settings page to manually add the required collections.
