Shuttle enables you to easily set personalization requests for products transferred from Shopify to Etsy.
How to Configure Automatic Personalization with Shuttle
Step 1: Activate Personalization
In your Shuttle dashboard, navigate to: Settings → Shopify to Etsy → Personalization
Check "Yes, products should include personalization".
Step 2: Specify if Personalization is Required (Optional)
If personalization information is essential for product fulfillment, check: "Yes, personalization is required".
If not checked, personalization remains optional for buyers.
Step 3: Set a Character Limit
Define how many characters customers can enter for their personalization details (maximum of 1024 characters).
Step 4: Provide Instructions to Buyers
Enter the personalization instructions
Step 5: Save Your Settings
Click Save to enable these personalization settings for future product transfers.
Important Notes:
Personalization settings apply to all products transferred from Shopify to Etsy once activated.
You can modify settings anytime. Changes will only affect future transfers.
