Shopify has stopped your store from creating more new variants today, so this product was not transferred from Etsy to Shopify.
Why it happens
Shopify limits large stores to 1,000 new variants per day. Shopify applies this limit to stores with 50,000 variants or more. Shuttle cannot get around it.
Your Shopify store has 50,000 variants or more. You can check your variant count in your Shopify admin.
Your products have many variations. Each variation becomes a Shopify variant, so the limit is used up faster. For example, if each Etsy product has 10 variations, about 100 products can be transferred per day.
How to fix it
Wait about 24 hours for Shopify to lift the limit.
If a bulk transfer was running, it stopped at this product. Go to the Products page. The "Last transfer didn't finish" banner appears there. Click Continue, then click Continue last transfer. Shuttle picks up where the run stopped, with the same settings.
If you transferred a single product, or Shuttle transferred a new Etsy product automatically, nothing retries it. Go to the Products page, find the product, and click Transfer to Shopify.
To fit more products into each day, transfer fewer variations. See Excluding Specific Variations when Transferring Products to Shopify.
Shopify says stores on Shopify Plus do not have this limit.
Still seeing it?
Contact support if the error still shows more than 24 hours after your last transfer, or if your store has fewer than 50,000 variants.
