Shuttle skipped this Etsy listing because its SKUs are on more than one Shopify product. Shuttle cannot tell which of those products to match it to.
Why it happens
You transfer an Etsy listing to Shopify. If the listing is not matched to a Shopify product yet, and Match products and variations by SKU is on, Shuttle looks in Shopify for a product with the same SKUs. If it finds two or more products, it stops. It does not guess, and it does not create another copy.
Check your Shopify store for these causes:
The same product exists twice in Shopify, for example after an earlier import or after you copied a product.
An old draft or archived Shopify product still uses the same SKUs.
Two different Shopify products use the same SKU by mistake.
Duplicate SKUs between your Etsy listings do not cause this message.
How to fix it
Find the Shopify products that use the listing's SKUs. Check drafts and archived products as well. For help finding duplicates, see SKU Audit.
In Shopify, delete the extra product, or give it its own SKUs. Each SKU should be on only one Shopify product.
In Shuttle, transfer the Etsy listing again. Shuttle now finds one Shopify product and matches the listing to it.
Do you want the listing to become a new Shopify product instead? Go to Settings > Products > General and turn off Match products and variations by SKU. This stops SKU matching for all your products, and Shuttle can then create a second Shopify product with the same SKUs.
Still seeing it?
Contact support if each SKU is on only one Shopify product and the transfer still stops with this message. Include the name of the Etsy listing.
