When transferring products from Etsy to Shopify, you might notice Shuttle transferring the international prices of your products instead of domestic prices. This happens because Etsy’s API only provides access to international pricing information—unfortunately, it doesn't allow apps like Shuttle to directly access your domestic prices.
However, if your Etsy domestic prices can be easily calculated from the international prices (for example, adding or subtracting a certain percentage or a fixed amount), you can quickly solve this issue using Shuttle's Price Adjustment feature.
Here's how you can adjust the prices during transfers:
How to Adjust Prices Using Shuttle:
Navigate to the Etsy-to-Shopify Price Adjustments settings section.
Under Default Price Adjustment Rule, choose how you'd like to adjust the international prices, for example:
Multiply Etsy Price to apply a percentage adjustment (e.g., enter
1.10
to increase prices by 10%).Add to Etsy Price or Subtract from Etsy Price to apply fixed amount adjustments.
Save the settings, and Shuttle will automatically apply these price adjustments during future transfers and updates.
Examples:
Increase all prices by 20%: Select "Multiply Etsy Price" and enter
1.20
.Subtract $5 from every price: Select "Add to Etsy Price" and enter
-5
.
Additional Adjustment Options:
Shuttle also allows you to:
Round prices or remove decimals.
Apply different pricing rules for specific products or categories.
Using these built-in tools makes price management seamless and efficient.
