When you transfer or update products from Etsy to Shopify, Shuttle uses your Etsy international price, not your domestic price. Etsy only shares one price per listing with apps like Shuttle: the international one. Your domestic price is not shared, so Shuttle cannot read it.
If your domestic prices follow a simple pattern, such as a fixed amount or a percentage below your international prices, a price adjustment can fix this. Shuttle then changes the Etsy price before it reaches Shopify.
How to adjust prices from Etsy to Shopify
In Shuttle, go to Settings, then Products > Etsy → Shopify.
Scroll to the Product Price section.
Under Default price adjustment, choose an Operation:
Multiply Etsy price changes prices by a percentage. Enter the multiplier in Multiply by, for example 0.9 for 10% lower or 1.1 for 10% higher.
Add to Etsy price changes prices by a fixed amount. Enter it in Amount to add. To lower prices, enter a negative number, for example -5.
Click Save.
Shuttle uses the adjustment on future transfers, and on updates from Etsy to Shopify that include the price.
Examples
Domestic prices are 20% lower: choose Multiply Etsy price and enter 0.8.
Domestic prices are 5 less: choose Add to Etsy price and enter -5.
Use a period for decimals, such as 0.85.
More ways to fine-tune prices
In the same Product Price section, you can also:
Add Dynamic rules that adjust prices for products with a certain section, tag, category, title keyword or variation. These rules override the default adjustment.
Pick a Final precision to round the adjusted price, for example to a whole number or to a cents value such as 99.
