This product is already linked to a listing in another of your connected Etsy shops. A product can be linked to only one Etsy shop at a time, so it was skipped.
Why it happens
The product was transferred to, or matched with, another Etsy shop. The Products page only shows the active shop's products by default. To see which shop this one belongs to, open the Shopify → Etsy tab and click All Etsy shops. The product then appears with a "Linked to" tag naming that shop.
A different Etsy shop is active. Transfers and updates go to the active shop. If you meant to update the product in the shop it already belongs to, the wrong shop is active. Settings > Account > Connected Shops shows an Active tag next to the active shop.
How to fix it
To update the product in the shop it already belongs to:
Go to Settings > Account > Connected Shops.
Next to that Etsy shop, click Activate.
Run the transfer or update again.
To move the product to the shop that is active now:
Go to Products and open the Shopify → Etsy tab.
Click All Etsy shops.
Find the product and click Move to Etsy shop on its row.
Under Move to, pick the shop that is active now. Click Move to followed by the shop's name, then Confirm move. This clears the link to the other shop. The listing there stays on Etsy, but Shuttle stops syncing it. Reviews stay with the product.
Transfer the product again. If you tick Add to queue before confirming the move, Shuttle adds it to the queue for you.
Still seeing it?
If the product does not appear with All Etsy shops on, or you still see this error after moving it or activating the right shop, contact us through the chat bubble. Tell us the product's name and which Etsy shop you want it in.
