Etsy turned down the product's title because too many of its words are in capital letters.
Why it happens
Etsy rejects a title when more than three words start with two capital letters, or when the whole title is in capitals. Before Shuttle sends a title, it fixes most of these by capitalising only the first letter of each word. You usually see this error for one of these reasons:
Title was not ticked when you updated the product. Shuttle then sends the listing's current Etsy title back unchanged. If Etsy no longer accepts that title, the whole update fails.
The title is still too capitalised after Shuttle's fix. Shuttle cannot fix every title.
How to fix it
In Shopify, edit the product title so that no more than three words are in capitals. Save it.
In Shuttle, go to Products and open the Shopify → Etsy tab. Find the product.
If the product is already on Etsy, click Update in Etsy. Tick Title, then click Update Etsy product.
If the product is not on Etsy yet, click Transfer to Etsy.
You can also fix the title directly on Etsy. Then update the product with Title left unticked, so Shuttle keeps your Etsy title.
Still seeing it?
If you get the error again after you change the title and update with Title ticked, contact our support team. Tell them which product it is.
