How it Works
When an order is transferred from Etsy to Shopify via Shuttle, it continues to monitor that order. For example, if you fulfill the order on Etsy (including adding tracking information), Shuttle will automatically update and fulfill the corresponding order in Shopify almost instantly, including the tracking details.
This feature ensures your customers always have the latest fulfillment status and tracking information, without any manual intervention from your side.
Availability
Automatic order fulfillment is available starting with the Shuttle Base Pro plan and above.
Prefer Manual Fulfillment?
If you don’t need automatic fulfillment, no worries—you can still manually fulfill orders anytime through Shuttle’s Orders page by simply clicking the “Fulfill / Complete” button.
