Shuttle can fulfill your Shopify orders for you when you complete them on Etsy, so you don't have to update both shops.
How it works
When Shuttle transfers an Etsy order to Shopify, it keeps watching that order. When you complete the order on Etsy, Shuttle fulfills the matching order in Shopify. If you added tracking details on Etsy, Shuttle copies them to the Shopify fulfillment too.
While automatic order transfers are on, Shuttle also cancels the Shopify order when the Etsy order is cancelled, as long as it has not been fulfilled in Shopify yet. This happens even when automatic fulfillment is off.
How to turn it on
In Shuttle, open Orders, then click Order settings.
In the Automatic order transfers section, tick Automatically transfer new Etsy orders to Shopify.
Under Auto-fulfill Shopify orders, tick Automatically sync Etsy fulfillment to Shopify.
Click Save.
Fulfilling in Shopify instead
You can also do it the other way around. Under Auto-complete Etsy orders, tick Automatically sync Shopify fulfillment to Etsy. Then, when you fulfill a transferred order in Shopify, Shuttle completes the matching Etsy order.
If your tracking number is added only after the order is fulfilled, use Wait for tracking information to have Shuttle wait a set time for the tracking number before it completes the Etsy order.
If you don't see this option, it isn't available for your Etsy shop.
Availability
Automatic order fulfillment is available on the Growth plan and above. It is also included during the free trial.
Prefer manual fulfillment?
You can fulfill a transferred order yourself at any time:
In Shuttle, open Orders.
Find the order and click Fulfill.
Shuttle checks the order in both shops. If it is completed on Etsy, click Fulfill in Shopify. If it is fulfilled in Shopify, click Complete in Etsy.
