Etsy does not share buyers' shipping addresses with apps like Shuttle for shops in some countries. This applies when your Etsy shop ships from one of the countries below and you connected it to Shuttle after that country's date. If you connected your Etsy shop before that date, or it ships from a country that is not on the list, nothing changes for you.
If your shop is affected, Shuttle shows a warning on the Orders page that says "Etsy API changes affect order syncing".
How does this affect my orders?
Orders still transfer: Everything else about the order transfers to Shopify as usual. Only the shipping address may be missing.
Add the address yourself: You need to add the shipping address to the order in Shopify.
Find the address quickly: Shuttle adds a link to the original Etsy order to every order it transfers to Shopify. Open the link to see the buyer's address on Etsy.
Stock levels still go down: Transferred orders still reduce your stock as usual. Stock syncing is not affected.
Fulfillment and tracking
Shopify to Etsy: Shuttle cannot mark these orders as shipped on Etsy or send tracking numbers to Etsy. Once you have shipped an order, open it in Etsy, mark it as shipped and add the tracking number there. For affected shops, the Auto-complete Etsy orders option and the Order fulfillment section do not appear in Shuttle's order settings.
Etsy to Shopify: This still works. If you use Automatic order transfers with Auto-fulfill Shopify orders turned on, Shuttle fulfills the Shopify order when the Etsy order is completed.
