If you have more than one Etsy shop connected to Shuttle, some of your Shopify products may be missing from the Shopify → Etsy tab of the Products page. You can show these products and move them to the Etsy shop you want.
Why are some Shopify products missing from the Products page?
Shopify products go missing from the Products page because each one is linked to one Etsy shop at a time. The Shopify → Etsy tab lists the products of your active Etsy shop, so products linked to one of your other Etsy shops are hidden.
The same applies to an Etsy shop that is no longer connected because of your plan. Its products stay linked to it, so they are hidden as well.
See the Shopify products linked to your other Etsy shops
The All Etsy shops button on the Products page shows products linked to your other Etsy shops. The button only appears when your account has more than one Etsy shop.
In Shuttle, open Products and choose the Shopify → Etsy tab.
Click All Etsy shops at the top of the list. When products are hidden, a number on the button shows how many.
Products linked to another shop now appear with a Linked to label and that shop's name. A shop that is no longer connected because of your plan is marked (not connected on your plan).
A search or a collection can also hide some matching products on the Shopify → Etsy tab. When that happens, a note above the list says so. Click Show them to see them.
Move Shopify products to another Etsy shop
A product linked to another Etsy shop can't be transferred or updated from your active shop, so move it first. You can move one product, a selection of products, or every product from one shop or one Shopify collection.
Move one product
Click Move to Etsy shop on the product's row.
In Move to, pick the shop. Your active Etsy shop is selected by default.
If you want, tick Add to queue. This option is only available when you're moving products to your active Etsy shop.
Click the move button, check the summary, then click Confirm move.
Move several products
Select the products in the list, then click Move to Etsy shop… in the bar above the list. From there, the steps are the same as for moving one product.
Move every product from a shop or a Shopify collection
With All Etsy shops turned on, click Move products between shops….
Choose the shop in Move from and the shop in Move to.
In Which products, choose all products linked to that shop, or only those in a Shopify collection.
Click the move button, check the summary, then click Confirm move.
What happens after you move a product to another Etsy shop
After a move, the product belongs to the shop you picked. You can transfer or update it from there as usual.
The product's link to the old Etsy shop is cleared.
The listing on the old Etsy shop is not changed. If you no longer sell the product there, deactivate the listing on Etsy.
