Shuttle provides Shopify Admin Links as shortcuts for quickly transferring or updating your products between Shopify and Etsy directly from your Shopify admin. This functionality simplifies your workflow by allowing immediate actions without leaving Shopify.
Note: Admin Links are available only on the Base Standard plan or higher.
What Are Admin Links?
Admin Links appear on the product details page within your Shopify admin (under the "More actions" dropdown). These shortcuts allow you to:
Transfer a Product to Etsy: Directly initiate a product transfer from Shopify to Etsy without leaving the Shopify admin.
Update a Product on Etsy: Immediately push updates from Shopify to the corresponding Etsy product.
Generate SKUs for the Product: Initiate Shuttle to generate SKUs for the specific Shopify product.
Go to Etsy Product's Page on Etsy.
Go to Product in Shuttle: Allowing you to initiate specific updates, transfers or edit the product's variations.
How to Enable and Configure Admin Links
Step 1: Enable Admin Links
Navigate to your Shuttle settings under Product Settings → Shopify to Etsy.
Check the boxes:
"Yes, enable direct transfer through Shopify admin"
"Yes, enable direct update through Shopify admin"
Step 2: Select Product Components to Update
To prevent unintended updates, you can selectively enable or disable specific components. When you initiate an update via the Admin Links, only selected components will be updated.
Simply tick the components you'd like to update through the admin link.
Step 3: Save Your Settings
Remember to save your changes to activate these settings.
