Shuttle makes it simple to keep your product prices aligned between Etsy and Shopify. Price updates work the same way as any other product update, but with a single field selected so nothing else changes.
Before you start: price updates only apply to products that are already matched between Etsy and Shopify. If you have not set up matching yet, take a look at Matching Products & Variations first.
Update the price of a single product
Use this method when you only need to refresh one product's price.
From the Products page, locate the product you want to update.
On the product's row, click Update in Shopify or Update in Etsy, depending on the direction you want to push the price.
In the modal that appears, deselect any other fields, then tick Price.
Click the action button at the bottom (for example, Update Shopify product) to start the update.
The result is shown in the modal as soon as the update completes.
Update prices in bulk
Use this method to refresh prices across a group of products or your whole catalog.
From the Products page, click Transfer or update products in the top-right corner.
On the Transfer page, pick a direction: Etsy → Shopify or Shopify → Etsy.
Under What do you want to do?, choose Only update existing products.
Under Narrow down the products, choose a product status and, optionally, a section (Etsy) or collection (Shopify) to scope the update.
Under Fields to update on duplicates, deselect the others and tick Price.
Review the summary and click the action button to start the run.
If you only want to update prices for a specific list of products, add them to the queue first, then run the Transfer queued products tile on the Transfer page with Price selected.
Tips for accurate price updates
Confirm that the products you want to update are properly matched between Etsy and Shopify before running the update. Only matched products can be updated.
Double-check your field selection before starting. Only the fields you tick will be overwritten on the destination.
When updating prices on variations, make sure each variation is also matched. Unmatched variations are skipped during the update.
If variation prices are not updating
If a product's price updates but some of its variations do not, the most common cause is that those variations are not matched between Etsy and Shopify.
To resolve this:
Review the Matching Products & Variations article to confirm your matching method and check for unmatched variations.
If matching alone does not align the variations, use the Recreate product inventory option in the update modal or in the bulk update settings. This rebuilds variants and inventory on the destination from the source, which is useful when the variant structure has changed.
