When a price changes on one platform, Shuttle can copy it to the matched product on the other, so you don't have to edit it twice. A price update is a normal product update with only Price ticked, so nothing else on the product changes.
Price updates only work on products that are already matched between Etsy and Shopify. If you haven't set up matching yet, start with Matching Products & Variations.

Update the price of a single product
You can update one product's price from its row on the Products page.
Go to Products and find the product.
On its row, click Update in Shopify to send the Etsy price to Shopify. Click Update in Etsy to send the Shopify price to Etsy. On the All Products tab, click Update first, then pick the direction.
In the window that opens, tick Price.
Untick Title, Description, Images and Quantity, which are ticked by default. Tick Price before you untick them, because if every field is unticked, Shuttle ticks all of them again.
Click Update Shopify product or Update Etsy product.
The result shows in the same window once the update finishes.
Update prices in bulk
A bulk update changes prices for a group of products, or your whole catalog, in one run.
Go to Products and click Transfer or update products.
Pick a direction: Etsy → Shopify or Shopify → Etsy.
Under What do you want to do?, choose Only update existing products.
Under Narrow down the products, pick a product status. You can also pick a section (Etsy) or a collection (Shopify).
Under Fields to update on duplicates, make sure Overwrite all fields is unticked.
Tick Price, then untick Title, Description, Images and Quantity, which are ticked by default.
Check the summary under Review & start, then click Start update.
The Etsy → Shopify and Shopify → Etsy options aren't available on the free plan. On the free plan, you can still update products one at a time or use the queue on the Products page.
Update prices for products you pick with the queue
The queue on the Products page lets you pick specific products and update their prices together.
On the Products page, open the More actions menu (…) on each product's row and choose Add to queue.
Click Transfer or update products and pick Transfer queued products.
Under Fields to update on duplicates, tick Price and untick every other field.
Click Transfer queued products.
To change prices only, add only matched products to the queue. If a queued product isn't on the other platform yet, the queue transfers it as a new product.
What changes when you update prices
A price update changes only the fields you tick, on the other platform.
With Etsy's global pricing, a price update sent to Etsy only changes the price for all other countries. Your domestic and US prices stay the same, so update those in your Etsy account.
Your price settings still apply to updated prices. If you set up price adjustments or currency conversion under Product Price in Settings > Products > Etsy → Shopify or Settings > Products > Shopify → Etsy, the updated price includes them.

If Price is missing or prices never change
If Price is missing from the update window, or prices never change, check the Master Switch in Settings > Products.
When Price is selected in the Master Switch under Settings > Products > Etsy → Shopify, Shuttle never updates Shopify prices.
When Price is selected in the Master Switch under Settings > Products > Shopify → Etsy, Shuttle never updates Etsy prices.
If variation prices are not updating
Variations that keep their old price after an update are usually not matched. Shuttle skips unmatched variations during an update, so their prices don't change.
To fix this:
Check your matching method and find unmatched variations with Matching Products & Variations.
If the variations still don't line up, for example after you added or changed options, run the update again with recreate inventory ticked:
In the single-product window, under Advanced, tick Recreate Shopify inventory or Recreate Etsy inventory.
When you update from Transfer or update products, tick Recreate product inventory.
Recreate inventory rebuilds the variants on the other platform from the source. Ticking it also ticks SKU, Price and Quantity, so SKUs and stock levels are updated as well.
