When you filter products by a specific Collection, Shuttle retrieves product information directly from Shopify in real-time. Shopify doesn’t provide Shuttle with matching status data during this retrieval process.
As a result, Shuttle is unable to determine whether products in a Collection are “matched” or “unmatched,” making it impossible to apply this filter in Collection view.
However, when viewing All Products, Shuttle uses its internally stored product data, which includes matching status. This allows Shuttle to clearly identify and filter products as either “matched” or “unmatched.”
If you’d like to filter specifically by matched or unmatched status, please ensure you’re viewing products from the All Products section instead of filtering by Collections.
