On the Products page, the Etsy → Shopify tab has an Etsy Section filter that shows one section of your Etsy shop at a time. When you pick a section, the State and Match filters and the sort button turn grey and stop responding. A note above the list says so too. Nothing is wrong with your shop or your products. A section view simply works this way.
Why the Match and State filters are greyed out for an Etsy section
A section view shows the section exactly as Etsy lists it: only active listings, in the order you arranged them in that section. Sorting has no effect on that order, and the State filter has no effect when the list only holds active listings. So Shuttle switches both off.
The Match filter is switched off because Etsy's section list does not say which listings are matched to Shopify products. That information lives in Shuttle, and Shuttle cannot combine it with a section view.
The cache button (the lightning bolt) is greyed out as well, because Shuttle always reads section listings live from Etsy. This means a listing you have just added to a section on Etsy shows up straight away.
What the list shows while an Etsy section is selected
With an Etsy section selected, the Etsy → Shopify tab shows:
Only the section's active listings. Inactive, sold out, expired and draft listings do not appear.
Listings in the order you arranged them in the section on Etsy.
Matched and unmatched listings together.
The whole section, every time. Text in the search box does not narrow it down.
Your earlier Match or State choice still shows on its button, but it has no effect while a section is selected. It takes effect again once you go back to All sections.
How to use the Match and State filters again
The Match and State filters and sorting come back once no section is selected:
On the Products page, open the Etsy → Shopify tab. If the filters are hidden, select the search button next to the tabs to show them.
Open the Etsy Section filter.
Choose All sections.
You can also select Clear filters. This removes the section too, but it also clears your search and resets the other filters. State goes back to Active and Match goes back to All.
Can I see only matched or unmatched products from one Etsy section?
No. Shuttle cannot combine an Etsy section with the Match or State filter. To find listings that still need a match, keep All sections selected and set the Match filter to Unmatched or Unmatched Variations.
