Can I connect more than one Etsy shop?

Yes, on a paid plan you can connect each Etsy shop you run to Shuttle. The free plan and the free trial include one connected Etsy shop.

Each Etsy shop must belong to an Etsy account you can sign in to, because you approve the connection on Etsy.

How many Etsy shops can I connect on my plan?

On a paid plan, you can connect as many Etsy shops to Shuttle as you like. The free plan and the free trial include one connected Etsy shop, so to connect more you need to subscribe to a paid plan.

On the free plan or the free trial, the Add Etsy shop button is hidden once you have a shop connected. If you try to connect a second shop anyway, you see this message: "Your plan includes one connected Etsy shop. Subscribe to a paid plan to connect more shops."

Connect another Etsy shop

You add another Etsy shop from your Shuttle settings, then approve the connection on Etsy.

  1. In Shuttle, go to Settings > Account > Connected Shops.

  2. In the Etsy shops section, click Add Etsy shop.

  3. Make sure you are signed in to the Etsy account that owns the shop you want to add, then click Connect to Etsy.

  4. Approve access on Etsy. You are then sent back to Shuttle.

The Etsy shop you just connected becomes your active shop.

Which Etsy shop is active, and how do I switch?

Only one Etsy shop is Active at a time, although Shuttle runs your automations for every connected Etsy shop. The active shop is the one whose settings you manage and where you start manual transfers and updates.

The active Etsy shop also decides what you see in Shuttle, because Shuttle shows that shop's products, orders and reviews.

To switch shops, go to Settings > Account > Connected Shops and click Activate next to the shop you want. Shuttle then reloads to show that shop's data.

Remove an Etsy shop you no longer need

You can disconnect or remove an Etsy shop you no longer use.
