Shuttle has a permanent free plan and four paid plans: Essential, Growth, Scale and Max. Every store starts on the free plan when it installs. From the free plan, each store can take the free 14-day trial once to try the paid features before deciding.
Subscribing to a paid plan starts your billing straight away. There is no trial attached to subscribing, because the trial is something you take from the free plan before you decide.
The free plan
The free plan is where every store starts, and it never expires. It is built for hands-on work: manual transfers with a monthly allowance of 10 product transfers, 10 order transfers and 10 stored reviews, one connected Etsy shop, and a queue of 10. Understanding stock syncing limits
Stock syncing limits count orders that trigger automatic inventory updates, not individual stock changes. Here is what this means:
Orders from both Etsy and Shopify count.
An order only counts if it is paid and contains at least one matched product that you have not excluded.
Stock changes you make on demand through Shuttle do not count.
Order transfers are unlimited on every paid plan. The limit only affects real-time stock syncing.
The count starts again on the 1st of every month.
You get an email when you are close to your limit and another when you reach it. After that, syncing carries on for a buffer of 20% more orders (up to 240 on Growth and 1,200 on Scale). Past the buffer, real-time stock syncing pauses until the 1st of next month, and you get an email to let you know. The rest of Shuttle keeps working.
If real-time stock syncing is not critical for your business, the Essential plan lets you update stock on demand whenever you need to. For more, see Understanding Stock Syncer Limits.

All paid plans offer monthly and annual billing. Annual billing gives you 2 months free.
Essential: $12/month, or $120/year ($10/month)
Growth: $19/month, or $190/year ($15.83/month)
Scale: $39/month, or $390/year ($32.50/month)
Max: $99/month, or $990/year ($82.50/month)
Important notes
Billing starts at approval. Subscribing does not start a trial. The once-per-store free 14-day trial is available from the free plan before you subscribe, with no payment method needed. See The free 14-day trial: what it opens up and what happens when it ends.
Stock syncing has its own trial. The free 14-day trial does not include real-time stock syncing. To try stock syncing, start the separate free 14-day Stock Syncer trial instead. Each store can use it once.
All paid plans include unlimited transfers: transfer as many products, orders, and reviews as you need. The monthly allowances only apply to the free plan and the free trial.
Switch anytime: you can change plans, or switch between monthly and annual billing, from Settings > Account > Plan.
Existing products work: Shuttle can match products you have already listed on both Etsy and Shopify, so you do not need to transfer them again. See Matching Products & Variations.
