Excluding Digital Products from Stock Syncing

By default, Shuttle's Stock Syncer manages and synchronizes stock levels for all products, including digital products.

However, if your digital products do not require stock synchronization (as they're typically unlimited or managed separately), Shuttle provides an option to exclude them from the real-time Stock Syncer.

How to Exclude Digital Products:

  1. Navigate to Stock Syncer β†’ Settings in your Shuttle dashboard.

  2. Check the box labeled "Yes, Exclude Digital Products".

  3. Save your settings.

Once enabled, Shuttle will no longer sync or update stock levels for digital products, allowing you to conserve your monthly sync limit for physical products only.
