The free plan is Shuttle's permanent free tier. There is no time limit, no payment method needed, and nothing expires. It is built for hands-on work: you decide what moves between Shopify and Etsy, and you move it yourself.
If you would rather have Shuttle do that work for you, that is what the free 14-day trial and the paid plans are for.
What you can do on the free plan
Connect one Etsy shop to your Shopify store.
Match products you already sell on both platforms. Matching is free and unlimited. Nothing is counted, however large your catalog is.
Transfer products between Shopify and Etsy, one at a time or through the queue. Up to 10 products a month.
Transfer Etsy orders into Shopify. Up to 10 orders a month.
Store Etsy reviews in Shuttle. Up to 10 reviews a month. Sending stored reviews on to Shopify is unlimited.
Update your products as often as you like. Prices, titles, descriptions, images and stock can be pushed between your matched products with no limit at all, on any plan. Keeping your listings accurate is never counted against you.
Queue up to 10 items at a time for products, orders and reviews, so you can work through a small batch in one go.
Your Shopify and Etsy shops stay connected, your settings stay as you left them, and nothing you have already transferred is touched.
What the free plan does not include
Automation. On the free plan, Shuttle does nothing on its own. New Shopify products are not sent to Etsy for you, new Etsy orders are not brought into Shopify for you, new reviews are not collected for you, and stock is not kept in step between the two platforms. Every action is one you start.
Bulk runs. Select-all runs for transfers, order imports and updates are part of the trial and the paid plans. The queue of 10 is the free plan's way of working on several items at once.
A second Etsy shop. The free plan and the free trial each include one connected Etsy shop. Connecting more shops is part of a subscription.
The extras. AI Discovery, kits and bundles, custom variant matching, picking lists, low-stock alerts, negative review alerts, review widgets for your storefront and real-time updates from Etsy all sit on the paid plans.
The Stock Syncer. Real-time stock syncing is sold separately and has its own free trial. It is never part of the free plan or the free 14-day trial.
Two ways to see the rest
If you want to try everything before deciding, every store gets one free 14-day trial. It opens every feature, raises your monthly allowances from 10 to 50, and needs no payment method. You start it yourself, whenever it suits you.
If you already know Shuttle is the right fit, a subscription removes the allowances entirely. Paid plans start at $12 a month and include unlimited product, order and review transfers, automatic syncing, bulk runs and multiple Etsy shops. Good to know
Your allowances start again on the 1st of every month. Anything you did not use does not carry over.
The three allowances are separate. Transferring 10 products does not affect your reviews or your orders.
Failed actions are never counted. You are only charged for work that actually landed.
If you have used a monthly allowance, only that part pauses. Everything else in Shuttle keeps working.
