Every store gets one free 14-day trial of all Shuttle features. It is there so you can see Shuttle actually running your shop, with the automatic syncing switched on, before you decide whether to pay for it. There is no payment method to enter and no charge at the end. When the 14 days are up, your shop simply returns to the free plan.
You start the trial yourself, from inside Shuttle, whenever you are ready. It is available once per store, so it is worth starting at a point where you have time to try things out.
What the trial includes
Every feature. Automatic product transfers, automatic order transfers, automatic review collection and export, bulk runs, AI Discovery, kits and bundles, custom variant matching, picking lists, low-stock alerts and review widgets for your storefront all become available.
Higher allowances. Your monthly limits go up from 10 to 50 for products, orders and stored reviews while the trial runs.
A bigger queue. The queue goes from 10 items to 100, so you can work through much larger batches.
One thing worth knowing: the trial makes the automations available, it does not switch them on. You choose which ones you want in your settings, so nothing starts moving without your say-so.
What the trial does not include
Unlimited volume. The trial is there to show you how well Shuttle transfers and syncs, not to move an entire catalog for free. That is what a subscription is for, and 50 of each per month is generous room to judge the quality.
A second Etsy shop. Like the free plan, the trial includes one connected Etsy shop.
The Stock Syncer. Real-time stock syncing is a separate product with its own free trial, so it is never included here. You can start that trial separately whenever you want to try it.
Instant updates from Etsy. During the trial, Etsy orders and changes reach Shuttle on its regular checking cycle rather than the second they happen. Real-time delivery is part of the paid plans.
How the allowances work during the trial
Starting the trial raises your limits, it does not reset what you have already used. If you have transferred 4 products this month, you start the trial with 46 of the 50 left, not a clean slate.
If your trial runs across the start of a new month, your allowance starts again at 50 for the new month.
What happens when the trial ends
Nothing is deleted, and nothing you set up is lost. Your shops stay connected, your matched products stay matched and everything you transferred stays exactly where it is. What changes is this:
The automations stop running, so transfers and syncing go back to being something you start yourself.
Bulk runs and the other paid features become unavailable again.
Your limits return to 10 a month, and what you used during the trial still counts for that month. If you made good use of the trial, that usually means you have little or nothing left until the 1st.
Your queue returns to 10 items.
Subscribing during the trial
You can subscribe at any point. Doing so ends the trial straight away, starts your subscription, and removes the allowances entirely from that moment. Paid plans include unlimited product, order and review transfers, full automation, bulk runs and multiple Etsy shops, and start at $12 a month. You can compare them in Shuttle's available plans.
Most sellers find the trial is the right moment to do the setup work, and a subscription is what keeps it running afterwards without thinking about it.
Good to know
The trial is once per store and cannot be restarted, so start it when you have time to use it.
No payment method is needed, and you are never charged when a trial ends.
