If the reviewer emails in your reviews CSV file look like made-up addresses, that is expected. Shuttle does not put a buyer's real email address in a review export. It adds a placeholder email for each reviewer instead.
What the placeholder looks like
Each placeholder starts with review@ and ends in .me, for example review@janesmith.me. It is made from a placeholder name, not from the buyer's own details.
Does this affect my reviews?
No. Each review still has its rating, text and reviewer name. The placeholder only fills the email column in the file.
These addresses do not belong to anyone, so do not use them to contact reviewers.
