To help showcase your valuable Etsy reviews on Shopify, you'll first want to have a dedicated Shopify product reviews app installed. This app will manage, store, and display your Etsy reviews seamlessly within your Shopify store.
Shuttle makes transferring your Etsy reviews easy by exporting them into a CSV file specifically formatted for your chosen Shopify reviews app.

How to Export Reviews
Here’s how you can easily export your reviews:
Navigate to the Reviews page in your Shuttle dashboard.
Click "Export Reviews".
Select your Shopify product reviews app from the provided list. Shuttle will then prepare a CSV file tailored specifically for your selected app.
Tailoring Your Export
Shuttle provides several helpful ways to customize your review exports:
Export All Reviews: Perfect if you want to transfer every stored review.
Export Non-exported Reviews Only: Handy for preventing duplicates and keeping your Shopify app neat and organized.
Export by Date Range: Ideal if you're looking to export reviews from a specific timeframe.
We recommend visiting Shuttle’s Reviews Settings page to make sure your export matches your specific needs. Here, you can:
Adjust reviewer name formatting to protect customer privacy.
Specify exports to include only reviews containing images or written content.
Set a minimum rating threshold for the reviews you wish to export.
Importing the CSV File to Your Reviews App
After your export is complete, Shuttle provides a CSV file that you can download and easily upload to your Shopify product reviews app. Simply follow your review app’s import instructions.
Important Tip: To avoid any issues, try not to open or edit the CSV file using Excel, as it might alter the file format. If editing is required, Google Sheets is a safer choice.
