Shuttle can automatically transfer new Shopify products to Etsy when they are in a Shopify collection you choose. This keeps the products you want on Etsy apart from the rest of your store.

Step 1: Create a collection in Shopify
In your Shopify admin, create a new collection, for example "Products for Etsy".
We recommend a manual collection, where you add each product yourself. After a product reaches Etsy, Shuttle takes it out of this collection.
Step 2: Turn on automatic transfers in Shuttle
In Shuttle, go to Settings, then Products > Shopify → Etsy.
In the Automatic Product Transfers section, tick Enable automatic transfers to Etsy.
In the Collection trigger field, enter the collection's name as it appears in Shopify. Capital letters do not matter, but the spelling must match.
Optional: under Transfer delay, choose how long Shuttle waits after a product is created before it transfers it. This helps when images or details are added a few minutes after the product is created, for example by Printify. Wait 5 minutes works for most shops.
Click Save.

Step 3: Add new products to the collection
Add a product to the collection when you create it, or soon after. Shuttle then transfers it to Etsy.
Good to know
Shuttle only picks up products created in Shopify within the last two hours. Adding an older product to the collection does not transfer it. To send older products, transfer them yourself. See Transfer products between Etsy and Shopify.
When a product transfers successfully, Shuttle removes it from the collection. This prevents duplicate listings.
If a product in the collection is already on Etsy, Shuttle removes it from the collection without transferring it again.
If a transfer fails, the product stays in the collection.
The transfer delay only applies to products that are already in the collection when they are created. A product you add to the collection later is transferred without the delay.
