How to Set Up Automatic Transfers Using a Shopify Collection
Step 1: Create a Dedicated Collection in Shopify
Log into your Shopify admin and create a new Collection (e.g., "Products for Etsy").
Navigate to a product you'd like to transfer to Shuttle and add it to the collection (It's important to do this action through the product's page, and not through the collection page)
Step 2: Configure Shuttle
Log into your Shuttle account and navigate to Product Settings → Shopify to Etsy.
Enable the Automatic Product Transfers option by checking the relevant box.
Step 3: Specify Your Shopify Collection
Enter the exact name of your dedicated Shopify Collection (e.g., "Products for Etsy") into the provided field.
Step 4: Set a Transfer Delay (optional)
If products typically receive additional edits or image uploads shortly after creation (e.g., from Printify integrations), consider setting a short delay (e.g., 5 minutes) to ensure completeness before transfer.
Step 5: Save Your Settings
Click Save at the bottom of the page to activate your settings.
Operational Notes
Shuttle continuously monitors the specified Collection and automatically transfers new products to Etsy.
Products are removed from the Collection after successful transfer to maintain clarity.
