If your Etsy shop and your Shopify store use different currencies, Shuttle can convert your product prices when it transfers or updates products. You can use the current exchange rate or set your own rate.

How to Enable Currency Conversion
Step 1: Turn on conversion
In Shuttle, go to Settings > Products.
Open Etsy → Shopify to convert prices on products sent to Shopify, or Shopify → Etsy to convert prices on products sent to Etsy. Each direction has its own setting.
In the Product Price section, find Currency conversion and tick Convert prices.
Shuttle shows your Etsy and Shopify currencies above the checkbox.
Step 2: Choose your rate
Current exchange rate When Shuttle has a current rate for your two currencies, it shows the rate under the checkbox. Leave the Conversion rate field empty to use it.
Your own rate (optional) Enter a number in the Conversion rate field to use a fixed rate instead. Shuttle multiplies each price by this number. For example, 0.5 turns a price of 100 into 50.
If Shuttle shows no current rate, enter your own rate. If the field is left empty, prices are not converted.
Step 3: Save your settings
Click Save to apply the changes.
Practical Example
Your Etsy shop sells in EUR (€) and your Shopify store sells in USD ($). With conversion turned on in Etsy → Shopify, Shuttle converts your Etsy prices from euros to US dollars when it transfers or updates products.
Etsy price: €20
Exchange rate (example): 1 EUR = 1.05 USD
Shopify price: $21.00
Important Notes
Conversion applies when Shuttle transfers or updates products between Etsy and Shopify.
Any price adjustments you set in the Product Price section are applied first, before the price is converted. See Automatic Price Adjustments for Product Transfers and Updates.
After conversion, you can round the final price with Final price precision in the same section.
If you set your own rate, it stays fixed. Review it from time to time so your prices keep up with exchange rate changes.
Orders have their own setting. To convert the prices of transferred orders, go to Settings > Orders > General and tick Convert prices of transferred orders. It uses the rate from your Etsy → Shopify product price settings.
