If you use Etsy's Global pricing to charge buyers in your own country a different price from buyers abroad, Shuttle only changes one of those prices. Prices from Shopify go to your Etsy international price. Your domestic price and any US-specific price stay exactly as they are.
Which Etsy price does Shuttle change?
Shuttle writes Shopify prices only to your Etsy international price, the price for buyers outside your shop's country. Shuttle's notices call this the "Everywhere else" price. Shuttle cannot read or change your domestic price or a US-specific price, so those stay as you last set them on Etsy.
The international price is updated whenever Shuttle sends a price to Etsy:
when you transfer a product from Shopify to Etsy, because every new listing gets a price
when you update a product on Etsy with Price among the fields you update, or with all fields selected
Your price adjustments and currency conversion settings still apply. The adjusted price is the one that goes to the international price.
What to do after changing a price in Shopify
When you use Global pricing, update your domestic and US prices on Etsy yourself after a price change. Shuttle sends the new Shopify price to the international price only, so the other prices would otherwise stay at their old amounts. In Etsy, open the listing and edit its prices.
If your Etsy listings have a single price for all buyers, you don't need to do anything.
Where Shuttle reminds you about Global pricing
Shuttle shows a notice called Global pricing on Etsy before a price goes to Etsy. If the same run also creates new Etsy listings, the notice is combined with the drafts reminder under About your new Etsy listings. The notice appears:
when you transfer a single product to Etsy
when you update a product on Etsy with Price selected
in the Review & start step on the transfer page, for a Shopify → Etsy run or a queue run that updates prices
You can close the notice once you have read it. The Product Price section in Settings > Products > Shopify → Etsy always shows the same note.
Listings with Global pricing whose stock is blocked
Shuttle can't update the stock, prices or SKUs of some Global pricing listings. This happens when the listing also uses a variation type picked from Etsy's list, such as a color or a ring size. Etsy blocks stock, price and SKU updates for these listings, so not even the international price changes. Titles, descriptions and tags still update, and orders still transfer to Shopify.
Which Etsy price goes to Shopify?
In the other direction, Shuttle reads the international price from Etsy. Your domestic price is not used for Shopify.
