What's Changed: Shuttle Plan Updates for 2026

We've simplified our plans and upgraded existing users—at no extra cost.

Shuttle's plans changed in 2026 to make the lineup simpler. If you were already using Shuttle, your plan either kept its features or gained new ones, and your price stayed the same.

Did existing users lose features or pay more after the 2026 plan update?

No existing user lost any features or had their price increased in the 2026 plan update. If the update affected your plan, you were moved to a higher plan at no extra cost.

What happened to my plan?

Core Standard → Essential

The Core Standard plan is now called Essential. Only the name changed, so your features and price stay the same.

Core Pro → Growth (with stock syncing)

The Core Pro plan is now called Growth, and it now includes real-time stock syncing at no extra cost. Before, stock syncing was only available on the separate Syncer plans.

Growth syncs stock for up to 200 orders a month, with unlimited manual syncs. Your price stays the same.

Syncer Starter → Growth

Syncer Starter is now a legacy plan, which means new users can no longer choose it. If you were on it, you were upgraded to Growth features, so you keep stock syncing and gain all the Core Pro features, including:

  • automatic order transfers

  • stock alerts

  • kits and bundles

The Syncer Starter syncing limit changed from 500 syncs a month to 200 orders a month. Your limit now counts orders instead of every sync, and manual syncs are unlimited and do not count at all. Your price stays the same.

Syncer Standard → Scale

Syncer Standard is now a legacy plan, which means new users can no longer choose it. If you were on it, you were upgraded to the Scale plan, which costs $39/month for new users, and you keep paying your original $29/month.

Scale syncs stock for up to 1,000 orders a month, with unlimited manual syncs.

Syncer Pro → Max

Syncer Pro is now a legacy plan, which means new users can no longer choose it. If you were on it, you were upgraded to the Max plan, which costs $99/month for new users, and you keep paying your original $49/month.

Max has no limit on stock syncing.

Syncer Unlimited → Max

The Syncer Unlimited plan is now called Max. Only the name changed, so your features and price stay the same.

Core Starter (legacy)

Core Starter is now a legacy plan, which means new users can no longer choose it. If you're on Core Starter, nothing changes: your features and price stay the same.

Which plans can new users choose?

New users choose from four paid plans, and they differ mainly in how much stock syncing they include:

  • Essential, $12/month: stock syncing not included

  • Growth, $19/month: stock syncing for up to 200 orders a month

  • Scale, $39/month: stock syncing for up to 1,000 orders a month

  • Max, $99/month: no limit on stock syncing

On every plan that includes stock syncing, manual syncs are unlimited, because only orders count toward the limit.

See Shuttle's Available Plans for everything each plan includes.

Frequently asked questions

Will my price increase?

No, your price will not increase. If you were on a legacy plan, you keep your original price, even if your new plan normally costs more.

Did I lose any features?

No, you did not lose any features. Every plan change either kept your features the same or added new ones.

What does "legacy plan" mean?

A legacy plan is one that new users can no longer choose. If you're already on a legacy plan, you keep it at your current price, with your current or upgraded features.

What are order-based limits?

Order-based limits count orders instead of every stock update. Shuttle counts paid orders that include at least one matched product you haven't excluded.

You also get 20% extra on top of your limit before syncing pauses, and manual syncs don't count at all.

Can I switch to a different plan?

Yes, you can change your plan at any time. If you're on a legacy plan and switch away, you won't be able to pick that legacy plan again, and you'll lose your legacy price.
