Shuttle offers straightforward subscription plans designed to support your store at every stage of growth—from setup to high-volume scaling.
All plans include unlimited transfers for Products, Reviews, and Orders. The main difference between the plans is the ability to sync stock in real-time and the volume of orders your shop processes.
The Plans at a Glance
Shuttle offers four primary tiers:
1. Essential ($12/mo)
Best for: New shops, setups, and seasonal transfers. The Essential plan is your "manager." It gives you full access to move data between Etsy and Shopify on demand.
What you get: Unlimited manual transfers (Products, Reviews, Orders), automatic review and product transfers, and the ability to connect multiple shops.
Key Note: This plan does not include real-time stock syncing. Stock updates must be triggered manually.
2. Growth ($19/mo)
Best for: Growing shops that need automation. The Growth plan unlocks Real-Time Stock Syncing. It is designed to let you sleep soundly while Shuttle keeps your inventory aligned automatically.
What you get: Everything in Essential, plus Real-Time Stock Syncing (up to 200 orders/mo), Order automations, Low-Stock Alerts, and Kit/Bundle support.
3. Scale ($39/mo)
Best for: High-volume sellers and established brands. The Scale plan offers the same powerful feature set as Growth but with higher capacity limits to handle busy stores.
What you get: Everything in Growth, with increased capacity for Real-Time Stock Syncing (up to 1,000 orders/mo) and priority processing speeds.
4. Unlimited ($99/mo)
Best for: Agencies, aggregators, and viral stores. The Unlimited plan removes the caps entirely.
What you get: Unlimited real-time stock syncing for any order volume, VIP priority support, and dedicated account handling.
Key Concepts
Transfers vs. Syncing
To choose the right plan, it helps to understand the difference between a "Transfer" and a "Sync":
Transfers (Unlimited on ALL plans): This is when you move data from one platform to another (e.g., copying a Product from Etsy to Shopify, or importing historical Orders). All Shuttle plans allow unlimited transfers.
Real-Time Syncing (Growth plan & up): This is when Shuttle actively monitors your shop 24/7. When a sale happens on Etsy, Shuttle instantly updates Shopify (and vice versa). This feature requires the Growth plan or higher.
Monthly Order Limits (Syncing)
For plans that include Real-Time Stock Syncing (Growth & Scale), your limit is based on your monthly order volume.
Growth: Covers syncing for up to 200 orders per month.
Scale: Covers syncing for up to 1,000 orders per month.
If you exceed your plan's order volume, Shuttle will notify you so you can upgrade to ensure your inventory stays accurate during sales spikes.
Billing Options
You can subscribe to any plan using either:
Monthly billing: Pay month-to-month with the flexibility to cancel anytime.
Annual billing: Pay upfront for the year and save 17% (effectively getting 2 months free).
Upgrading or Downgrading
You can switch plans at any time directly from the Shuttle dashboard.
Upgrades: Happen immediately. Shopify will pro-rate the charge, so you only pay the difference for the remainder of the billing cycle.
Downgrades: You are downgraded immediately.
