Understanding Pricing & Plans

Updated over 2 weeks ago

Shuttle offers straightforward subscription plans, available with either monthly or annual billing. Each plan has a fixed price, and the main differences between them are the available features and included automations.

Types of Plans

Shuttle offers two primary plan types:

1. Core Plans

  • Provide core functionality for transferring products, orders, and reviews, including all available automations. Also, the Core plans include all essential inventory management features, and Stock Rules.

2. Syncing Plans

  • Include all features from the Core Plans, plus real-time stock syncing (which is not included in the Core plans).

  • The Syncer Starter plan includes all features of the Core Standard plan, plus real-time stock syncing.

  • Syncer Standard and higher plans include all features of the Core Pro plan, along with real-time stock syncing.

Important: You do not need both a Core and a Syncing plan simultaneously. Simply choose the plan type that best fits your business needs.

Billing Options: Monthly vs. Annual

You can subscribe to any plan using either:

  • Monthly billing – Pay month-to-month, with full flexibility.

  • Annual billing – Pay once per year and receive 2 months free compared to monthly pricing.

Monthly Quotas & Sync Limits

All plans include unlimited product, order, and review transfers β€” no quotas or caps.

However, Syncing Plans include a monthly limit on real-time stock syncs. Each Syncing Plan provides a set number of syncs per month.

For example, the Syncing Standard plan includes 2,000 monthly syncs, meaning Shuttle can automatically update stock quantities up to 2,000 times per month across your connected listings.

Upgrading or Downgrading Your Plan

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time:

  • Shopify automatically adjusts (pro-rates) charges, ensuring you're never double-charged.

  • Changes take effect immediately, allowing you instant access to new features.
