Shuttle has four paid plans: Essential, Growth, Scale and Max. Every plan lets you transfer as many products, reviews and orders as you like between Etsy and Shopify. So the choice comes down to two things: whether you want Shuttle to keep your stock in step automatically, and how many orders your shop handles each month.
What do Shuttle's plans cost?
Each Shuttle plan can be paid monthly or yearly, in US dollars. A yearly plan costs the same as 10 months, which means two months free.
Essential: $12 a month, or $120 a year
Growth: $19 a month, or $190 a year
Scale: $39 a month, or $390 a year
Max: $99 a month, or $990 a year
Shopify bills your Shuttle subscription, and it renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle. Older Shuttle plans that are no longer offered keep their features and pricing.
What does every Shuttle plan include?
Every paid Shuttle plan includes unlimited transfers of products, reviews and orders, with no caps. Every plan also includes:
Automatic transfers of new products
Automatic export of your Etsy reviews, with review widgets and blocks for your storefront
Order transfers and fulfillment syncing that you run when you choose
Shopify admin links for faster navigation
More than one connected Etsy shop
AI Discovery, with a larger allowance on each higher plan
What's the difference between the plans?
Essential
Essential suits shops that want products and reviews automated, and are happy to handle stock and orders themselves. Essential doesn't include real-time stock syncing or automatic order transfers. A sale on one platform won't change your stock on the other platform until you update it yourself.

Growth
Growth adds real-time stock syncing, which helps prevent overselling. When stock changes on Etsy or Shopify, Shuttle updates the other platform for you. On Growth, real-time stock syncing covers up to 200 orders a month.
Growth also adds:
Automatic Etsy order transfers and fulfillment syncing
Kits and bundles
Custom matches for complex catalogs
Low-stock alerts and stock rules
A picking list
Scale
Scale has every Growth feature, with real-time stock syncing for up to 1,000 orders a month and a larger AI Discovery allowance. Scale suits busy shops that go past the Growth limit.
Max
Max has every Scale feature, with no limit on real-time stock syncing, whatever your order volume. Max also has the largest AI Discovery allowance.
How do the monthly order limits for stock syncing work?
On Growth and Scale, real-time stock syncing has a monthly order limit: 200 orders on Growth and 1,000 orders on Scale. Max has no limit, and Essential doesn't include real-time stock syncing.
An order counts toward the limit only if it contains at least one product that is matched and not excluded from syncing. Orders placed on both Etsy and Shopify count. Stock updates you run yourself in Shuttle don't count. The count starts again on the first day of each month.
Shuttle emails you when you're close to the limit and when you reach it. Real-time stock syncing then keeps going for an extra 20%: up to 240 orders on Growth and 1,200 on Scale. After that, real-time stock syncing pauses until the first day of the next month, and Shuttle emails you again. All of Shuttle's other features keep working. To keep stock syncing running through a busy month, move to a higher plan.
How do I change my Shuttle plan or billing?
You can change your Shuttle plan at any time from the Plan page in Shuttle's settings.
Open Settings and choose Plan.
Select Change plan. If you don't have a paid plan yet, select Subscribe now or Compare plans instead.
Choose Pay monthly or Pay yearly.
Select the button for the plan you want, such as Select Growth.
Select Approve in Shopify and approve the charge in Shopify.
Your new plan starts as soon as you approve it, whether you move up or down. Shopify pro-rates the overlapping charges, so you aren't billed twice. If you move down, you lose any features the new plan doesn't include straight away.
If you pay monthly, the Plan page also has a Switch to yearly billing, save 17% button.
What happens if I cancel my Shuttle plan?
If you cancel, your Shuttle plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. On a yearly plan, that means until the end of the prepaid year. Shuttle doesn't give refunds once a billing cycle has started, on monthly or yearly plans.
Can I try Shuttle before subscribing?
Without a subscription, you're on Shuttle's free plan. It lets you run transfers yourself, up to its included limits. Each store can also use a free 14-day trial of every feature once, and you decide when it starts. If you subscribe during the trial, it ends and all limits are removed right away. Billing starts when you approve the subscription.

Which Shuttle plan fits my shop?
The right Shuttle plan depends on whether you need real-time stock syncing, and on how many orders your shop gets each month.
Essential: you want products and reviews automated, and you'll handle stock and orders yourself.
Growth: you want stock kept in step automatically, with up to 200 orders a month.
Scale: you want real-time stock syncing for up to 1,000 orders a month.
Max: you get more orders than that, or don't want a monthly limit at all.
