Moving to the free plan after your subscription ends

When your Shuttle subscription ends, you can move to the free plan instead of subscribing again. The free plan includes one connected Etsy shop, so if you had more than one Etsy shop connected, Shuttle asks you to choose which one to keep. The other shops are set aside with their settings, so they can come back if you subscribe later.

How to move to the free plan after your subscription ends

Once your subscription ends, the Overview page shows a banner saying your plan has expired. The banner has a Subscribe now button and, when the free plan is open to your shop, an Enable the free plan button.

  1. On the Overview page, select Enable the free plan in the banner.

  2. In the Enable the free plan? dialog, select Enable the free plan to confirm.

  3. If you have more than one Etsy shop connected, the dialog then lists your Etsy shops. Choose the shop to keep. Your active shop is selected to begin with.

  4. Select Keep this shop and enable.

If you have only one Etsy shop connected, there is nothing to choose, and the free plan is switched on as soon as you confirm in step 2.

Your Shopify store and the Etsy shop you keep stay connected, and everything you set up for them stays as it is.

If the banner shows only Subscribe now, the free plan is not available to your shop, and subscribing is the way to keep using Shuttle.

What happens to the Etsy shops you do not keep on the free plan

The Etsy shops you do not keep are set aside, not deleted. Their settings and matched products stay saved in Shuttle, but Shuttle stops working with them until you reconnect them.

The set-aside shops are listed on Settings > Connected Shops, under Disconnected Etsy shops. While you are on the free plan, the Reconnect button next to them is unavailable, because the free plan includes one connected Etsy shop.

Only select Delete next to a set-aside shop if you no longer need it. Delete removes all of that shop's records from Shuttle, so its settings cannot be brought back.

How to get your other Etsy shops back after the free plan

Every paid plan lets you connect more than one Etsy shop, so subscribing lets you bring back the shops you set aside.

  1. Subscribe to a plan.

  2. Go to Settings > Connected Shops.

  3. Under Disconnected Etsy shops, select Reconnect next to the shop.

  4. Make sure your browser is logged into the Etsy account for that shop, then select Connect to Etsy and confirm access in Etsy.

Shuttle brings the shop back with the settings and matched products it had before. The shop you reconnect becomes your active shop, so to work in a different shop, select Activate next to it under Etsy shops.

Repeat these steps for each shop you want back.

Keep all your Etsy shops by subscribing instead

If you subscribe again instead of moving to the free plan, every Etsy shop you had connected stays connected and nothing is set aside. To compare plans, select Subscribe now in the banner on the Overview page.
