Installing and accessing Shuttle

How to install Shuttle, and where to find it once it's set up.

Shuttle installs like any other Shopify app, and once it's set up, it lives right inside your Shopify admin. This guide covers both the install itself and how to come back to Shuttle whenever you need it.

Installing Shuttle

There are two ways to install Shuttle:

From the Shopify App Store

Visit Shuttle in the Shopify App Store and click Install. Shopify will ask you to authorize the app for your shop, and once you confirm, you're in. This is the most common route, especially if you found Shuttle through a search or the App Store directly.

From the Shuttle's website

Visit shuttleapp.io and click Try Shuttle, then enter your shop's website. Either your custom domain or your myshopify.com URL works. From there, Shopify will ask you to approve the installation.

What happens next

Once Shopify confirms the installation, a few things happen automatically:

  • You'll land on the Shuttle dashboard, right inside your Shopify admin.

  • Onboarding starts and walks you through connecting your Etsy shop. The next article covers this step by step.

  • Your 14-day free trial begins. Billing runs through Shopify, so there's nothing to enter up front.

Coming back to Shuttle

After installation, there are two easy ways to open Shuttle.

Through your Shopify admin

The most direct route. Open your Shopify admin, type "Shuttle" in the top search bar, and click the result. You can also find Shuttle in your Apps list in the sidebar.

From the Shuttle login page

If you're outside of Shopify and want to jump straight in, visit shuttleapp.io/login and enter your myshopify.com domain. We'll take you to Shuttle inside your Shopify admin.

You're now ready to start syncing your stores! Head to the next guide to complete the onboarding process.
