Installing and accessing Shuttle

How to install Shuttle, and where to find it once it's set up.

Shuttle installs like any other Shopify app and lives inside your Shopify admin. This guide covers the install itself and how to open Shuttle whenever you need it.

Installing Shuttle

There are two ways to install Shuttle. Both end in the same place.

From the Shopify App Store

Open Shuttle in the Shopify App Store and click Install. Shopify asks you to approve the app for your store, and once you confirm, Shuttle opens inside your admin. This is the most common route.

From the Shuttle's website

Visit shuttleapp.io and click Try Shuttle Free, then enter your shop's website. Either your custom domain or your myshopify.com URL works. From there, Shopify will ask you to approve the installation, exactly as it would from the App Store.

What happens next

Once Shopify confirms the installation, three things happen:

  • You'll land on the Shuttle dashboard inside your Shopify admin.

  • Onboarding starts and walks you through connecting your Etsy shop. The next article covers this step by step.

  • Your account stars on the free plan. There is no payment method to enter and nothing to cancel later. The free plan never expires, and you can start the free 14-days trial of every feature from inside Shuttle whenever you are read.

Opening Shuttle again

Dhuttle is always one step away in your Shopify admin.

Search for it. Type "Shuttle" in the search bar at the top of your Shopify admin and click the result.

Find it under Apps. Click Apps in the left sidebar. Shuttle is listed with your other installed apps.

Pin it to your sidebar. In the Apps menu, hover over Shuttle and click the pin icon. Shuttle then stays in your sidebar for one-click access.

On your phone. Shuttle also opens from the Shopify mobile app. Tap Apps and choose Shuttle.

You are ready to start syncing your stores. Head to the next guide to complete onboarding.
