Shuttle installs like any other Shopify app and lives inside your Shopify admin. This guide covers the install itself and how to open Shuttle whenever you need it.
Installing Shuttle
There are two ways to install Shuttle. Both end in the same place.
From the Shopify App Store
Open Shuttle's page in the Shopify App Store and install it. Shopify asks you to approve the app for your store. Once you confirm, Shuttle opens inside your Shopify admin. This is the most common route.
From Shuttle's website
Go to shuttleapp.io and click Try Shuttle free.
Enter your shop's address. Your custom domain (for example mybrand.com) works. So does your Shopify store name, which is the part before .myshopify.com.
Click Get Started Free.
Shopify then asks you to approve the install, just as it would from the App Store.
Not sure of your store name? Log in to your Shopify admin and look at the address bar. It reads admin.shopify.com/store/ followed by your store name. If Shuttle says it couldn't find a Shopify store at that address, check for a typo or enter your store name instead.
What happens next
Once Shopify confirms the install:
Shuttle opens inside your Shopify admin with a short setup that walks you through connecting your Etsy shop. If your Shopify store has more than one location, you also pick the location whose stock Shuttle keeps in sync with Etsy. Initial Onboarding covers this step by step.
When setup is done, you land on the Overview page.
Your account starts on the free plan. There is no payment method to enter and nothing to cancel later. The free plan never expires. Whenever you are ready, you can start the free 14-day trial of every feature from inside Shuttle.
Opening Shuttle again
Shuttle is always one step away in your Shopify admin.
Search for it. Type "Shuttle" in the search bar at the top of your Shopify admin and choose it from the results.
Find it with your apps. Open your list of installed apps from the Shopify admin sidebar and choose Shuttle.
Pin it to your sidebar. Pin Shuttle in your Shopify admin so it stays in your sidebar for one-click access.
You are ready to start syncing your stores. Head to Initial Onboarding to finish setup.
