Prices and Quantities do not Transfer to Shopify

If products you transferred from Etsy to Shopify are missing their prices, quantities or SKUs in Shopify, the Include variations setting is most likely turned off.

When Include variations is off, Shuttle transfers and updates your products without their variation details. Prices, quantities and SKUs are part of those details, so Shuttle leaves them out, even for listings that have no variations.

Turn on Include variations

  1. In Shuttle, open Settings.

  2. Under Products, choose Etsy → Shopify.

  3. In the Product Variations section, tick Include variations.

  4. Click Save.

Add prices and quantities to products you already transferred

The Include variations setting only applies to transfers and updates you run after you save it. To add prices, quantities and SKUs to products that are already in Shopify, update those products from Etsy to Shopify.
