Setting Up the Integration
The integration requires a quick setup on both Shuttle and Reviewsion.
Step 1: Enable Shuttle Integration in Reviewsion
Open your Reviewsion account.
Navigate to Settings.
Find the Integrated with Shuttle setting.
Check the box to enable the integration.
Save your settings
Step 2: Enable Reviewsion in Shuttle
Open Shuttle account.
Go to Reviews > Settings.
Check I'm using Reviewsion.
Save your settings.
That's it! The integration is now active and ready to use.
Exporting Reviews to Reviewsion
Once the integration is set up, exporting reviews is straightforward.
How to Export
In Shuttle, navigate to the Reviews page.
Click the Export Reviews button.
Choose your export method:
All reviews: Exports your complete review history
Only non-exported reviews: Exports only reviews that haven't been sent to Reviewsion yet (recommended for ongoing use)
Date range: Exports reviews from a specific time period
Click Export Reviews to Reviewsion.
What Happens Next
Shuttle begins sending your reviews to Reviewsion in batches
You'll see a progress indicator in both Shuttle and Reviewsion
You can safely close the modal—the export continues in the background
Once complete, your reviews will appear in your Reviewsion dashboard

Customer name and country (if available)

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a paid Reviewsion plan?
No. The integration works with all Reviewsion plans, including the free plan and free trial.
Can I use a different review app instead?
Yes. Shuttle supports CSV exports for all popular review apps. However, Reviewsion offers the most seamless experience with automatic product matching and verification that other apps cannot provide.
What if I already have reviews in Reviewsion?
Reviewsion handles duplicate detection. If you export a review that already exists, it won't create a duplicate.
How often should I export reviews?
We recommend exporting new reviews regularly to keep your Shopify store's reviews current. Use the "Only non-exported reviews" option to avoid re-sending reviews you've already exported.
Otherwise, you can enable automatic review transfers in Shuttle to have Shuttle automatically send new reviews to Reviewsion.
I'm getting an error that says "Shuttle not enabled"
This means the Shuttle integration isn't enabled in your Reviewsion settings. Open Reviewsion, go to Settings, and check the "Integrated with Shuttle" option.
Can I export reviews from multiple Etsy shops?
Yes. If you have multiple Etsy shops connected to Shuttle, you can export reviews from each shop separately. The reviews will be associated with the correct Shopify products based on your product mappings.
