What is Reviewsion?
Reviewsion is a Shopify reviews app that works directly with Shuttle. Shuttle sends your stored Etsy reviews straight to Reviewsion, so there are no CSV files to download or upload.
Why use Reviewsion with Shuttle?
No CSV files. Your reviews go from Shuttle to Reviewsion directly.
Reviews land on the right products. Shuttle sends each review with its Shopify product, using your Shuttle product matches and any product you assigned to a review yourself. Learn more in How Shuttle Matches Etsy Reviews to Shopify Products.
Automatic verification. Reviews that come in from Shuttle are verified automatically.
Runs in the background. You can close the export window while your reviews are sent.
Setting up the integration
You set it up once, in both apps.
Step 1: Turn on the Shuttle integration in Reviewsion
Log in to your Reviewsion account. Your account must be active and connected to your Shopify store.
Connect the same Etsy shop that you use in Shuttle.
Go to Settings and turn on the Shuttle integration.
Step 2: Choose Reviewsion in Shuttle
In Shuttle, go to Settings > Reviews > General.
Under Which product reviews app do you use?, select Reviewsion.
Click Save.
Click Check Connection. Shuttle checks that your Reviewsion account is active, that the Shuttle integration is on, and that the same Etsy shop is connected. When everything is right, you'll see Connection successful.
Exporting reviews to Reviewsion
In Shuttle, go to the Reviews page.
Click Export reviews.
Wait a moment while Shuttle checks your connection. When it's ready, you'll see Connected to Reviewsion.
Under Which reviews?, choose one option:
All reviews: sends every stored review.
Only non-exported reviews: sends only reviews that have not been exported yet. This is the best choice for regular use.
By a date range: sends reviews from the dates you pick.
Click Export to Reviewsion.
What happens next
Shuttle sends your reviews to Reviewsion in the background. You can click Done and keep working.
Shuttle shows the export's progress while it runs.
Each review that Reviewsion receives is marked as exported in Shuttle. This means Only non-exported reviews will skip it next time.
You can only run one export to Reviewsion at a time. If one is already running, wait for it to finish before you start another.
What data is sent
Each review includes:
The review text and star rating
The review date
The customer's name and country, when available
The review image, when available
The Shopify product the review belongs to
Sending new reviews automatically
Shuttle can send new Etsy reviews to Reviewsion as they arrive.
Go to Settings > Reviews > General.
In Automatic Review Exports, check Enable automatic review exports.
Click Save.

If the connection fails
Shuttle tells you why the connection check failed:
Shuttle integration not enabled: turn on the Shuttle integration in your Reviewsion settings, then check the connection again.
Account not active or Your Reviewsion account is not active: log in to Reviewsion and make sure your subscription is active.
No Reviewsion account found: create a Reviewsion account, connect your Shopify store, and turn on the Shuttle integration.
Etsy shop mismatch or Etsy shop not connected in Reviewsion: connect the same Etsy shop in Reviewsion that you use in Shuttle.
Authentication issue: try again later. If it keeps happening, contact Shuttle support.
After you fix the problem, click Try again or Retry.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a Reviewsion subscription?
Yes. Your Reviewsion account must be active. If it isn't, the connection check fails and you can't export.
How often should I export?
Export whenever you have new reviews and choose Only non-exported reviews. Or turn on automatic review exports so that new reviews go to Reviewsion on their own.
Can I export reviews from more than one Etsy shop?
Shuttle exports reviews from the Etsy shop that is currently active in Shuttle. Reviewsion must be connected to that same Etsy shop. To export from another shop, switch to it in Shuttle and make sure Reviewsion is connected to it too. See Can I connect more than one Etsy shop?.
