When you store your Etsy reviews in Shuttle, they all sit in one place. From there you can sort them, check which Shopify product each one belongs to, and get them ready to export to Shopify.
What you can do with stored reviews
Stored reviews come with a few tools that help you sort them, review them and get them ready to export.
Sort and filter your reviews
You can search and filter your stored reviews, and sort them by review date or by AI rating.
Spot reviews that need attention with AI rating
Shuttle gives each written review an AI rating, which helps you spot the reviews that need your attention.
To use AI rating, you need the Essential plan or higher. AI rating is also included during the free 14-day trial.
Translate reviews as they are stored
Shuttle can translate written reviews into one language as they are stored. To turn this on, go to Settings > Reviews. In the Review Content section, tick Automatically translate reviews and choose a language.
You cannot change the translation language later, so choose it carefully.
To translate reviews, you need the Growth plan or higher. Translation is also included during the free 14-day trial.
See all the reviews for one product
You can see all the reviews for a single product, along with its average rating.
Match reviews to Shopify products automatically
Shuttle tries to match each stored review to its Shopify product.
Store your Etsy reviews
In Shuttle, open Reviews.
Click Store reviews.
The first time, Shuttle stores all the reviews in your Etsy shop. After that, choose one of these options:
Recent reviews: stores your newest reviews and stops at the first one you have already stored.
Re-store all reviews: stores every review again. Reviews you already have are updated and their product matches are checked again. No duplicates are created.
Until a specific date: stores your newest reviews first and stops at the date you choose.
By specific products: stores only the reviews for Etsy products that are in your product queue.
Skip reviews: skips a number of reviews you enter, which is handy if a previous run was interrupted.
Continue last run: picks up where your last run left off. This option only shows when your last run stopped before it finished.
Click Store reviews to start.
You can close the window once the run starts, because Shuttle keeps storing reviews in the background.
Store reviews for specific products only
On the Products page, add the Etsy products you want to the queue with Add to queue. They appear in the Queue tab.
Open Reviews and click Store reviews.
Choose By specific products and start the run.
Shuttle stores only the reviews for the products in your queue. If your queue is empty, nothing is stored.
Choose which reviews Shuttle stores
Shuttle stores every review by default. To store fewer, go to Settings > Reviews and use these options in the Storing Reviews section:
Only store reviews with matching Shopify products
Do not store reviews without content
Do not store reviews without images
Do not store reviews below a star rating. This option only shows when you have set a minimum rating.
The Storing Reviews section also has Automatically exclude all newly stored reviews. With this setting on, new reviews are stored as excluded, so you can include only the ones you want.
How many reviews can I store?
Paid plans have no limit on stored reviews. The free plan and the free 14-day trial limit how many new reviews you can store each month:
Free plan: up to 10 new stored reviews a month.
Free 14-day trial: up to 50 new stored reviews a month while the trial runs.
The monthly review limit resets on the 1st of each month. Storing a review you already have again does not count toward it.
When you reach the limit, Shuttle stops storing and shows Review limit reached.
Check your matches before exporting reviews
Before you export, check that each stored review is matched to the right Shopify product. Once you are happy with the matches and your export settings, you are ready to export your reviews to Shopify.
