AI Discovery uses a credit system for Analysis and Optimization. Base Scores are always free.
Two types of credits
Analysis credits — Used when you run an AI-powered Analysis on a product. Each analysis uses 1 credit.
Optimization credits — Used when you generate AI-powered content suggestions for a product. Each optimization uses 1 credit.
Applying suggestions to your listings does not use any additional credits.
Monthly credits included with your plan
Every Shuttle plan includes a monthly allowance of both Analysis and Optimization credits:

Monthly credits reset each billing cycle. Unused monthly credits do not roll over to the next cycle.

If you run out of credits mid-cycle or want to do a bulk optimization sprint, you can purchase one-time credit packs:

Credit packs are one-time purchases processed through your Shopify billing. Bonus credits from packs do not expire.
How credits are used
Your monthly plan credits are always used first. Bonus credits from purchased packs are only tapped once your monthly allowance is exhausted.
For example, if your plan includes 10 analyses per month and you've purchased a Small Pack, you'll use your 10 monthly analyses first. Once those are gone, the 15 bonus analyses from the pack kick in.
Failed operations don't cost credits
If an Analysis or Optimization fails due to a technical error, no credit is consumed. You can safely re-run the operation without worrying about wasting credits.
