Once you've reviewed your Optimization suggestions and are satisfied with them, you can push them to your live listings. This is where the improvements actually go live.
How to apply
After reviewing your suggestions, you have three options:
Apply to Etsy - Updates only your Etsy listing
Apply to Shopify - Updates only your Shopify listing
One click pushes the suggested titles, descriptions, and tags to the selected platform(s).
What gets updated
Only the fields that you have selected are changed:
Title - Replaced with the suggested title
Description - Replaced with the suggested description
Tags - Updated based on the keep/remove/add recommendations
Everything else about your listing stays exactly the same — images, pricing, variants, shipping settings, and all other data are untouched.
Review carefully before applying
Changes are applied directly to your live listings. We recommend reviewing all suggestions thoroughly before clicking Apply. Take your time - there's no rush and the suggestions will stay available until you're ready.
Scores update automatically
After suggestions are applied, your Base Score is automatically recalculated and the gap analysis is re-run to reflect your updated listing. You'll see your improved scores without needing to do anything extra.
No extra credits used
Applying suggestions is free. The credit was already used during the Optimization step, so clicking Apply doesn't cost anything additional.
